The club would like to thank Latics fans and members of the community for their generosity and support of this year's Christmas Toy Appeal.
A huge amount of toys were collected before then being donated to Oldham Council, who will work with hundreds families across Oldham that will face a tough Christmas this year as the cost of living crisis worsens.
Martin Vose, from Oldham Athletic Community Trust, commented: “Oldham Athletic are proud to support the Oldham Council Christmas toy appeal, which involved collaborative working to ensure that hundreds of children across the borough have presents to open this year.
"Similarly to last year, we were all blown away by the amount of toys donated. I`d like to thank everyone who supported the collection this year, in particular Firwood, Holy Trinity Shaw, St Marys High Crompton and St James Thornham church, Character Options, Sinco Creations, Co-op Uppermill and Oldham Athletic Military Veterans Supporters Group.
"I would also like to highlight the contributions of the Oldham Athletic supporters, who donated in great numbers over the past weeks – together we have made Christmas alittle brighter for many children locally”.
A big thank you to @OfficialOAFC for their Christmas toy appeal in partnership with Oldham Council! đ
