The easiest way to purchase tickets is online at tickets.latics.co.uk. If you have not purchased tickets through us before you will need to register a new account. Alternatively, you can call us directly on 0161 785 5150 or 0161 624 4972 and buy over the phone.

We try to answer the phones as quick as possible but sometimes we are preoccupied with serving customers at the window or dealing with online orders.

When you ordered the tickets you will have been given the option to post or collect.

If you selected postage, they will be sent out within 48 hours of ordering.

If you have selected the collect option then they can be collected before the day of the game at the Ticket Office or on the day at the Ticket Collection Point which is further up Furtherwood Road and is also used as the programme office on matchdays.

Pre-purchased tickets can be collected from the Ticket Office on Furtherwood Road during the week.

There is signage in place to help direct you to this point, but if you are struggling to find it then ask a nearby steward.

Yes you can. If you have bought tickets online but have been unable to collect them, all uncollected tickets are automatically sent down to the away team’s Ticket Office with our media team where they are usually available to collect from 1pm onwards (varies for Tuesday night games).

Print at home is not available on away tickets. If you have bought away tickets thinking you can print at home, then you don’t need to worry as the tickets will be available at the Ticket Office to collect. If you cannot collect from our Ticket Office, they will be at the away Ticket Office on the day to collect from there.

If you have not received your tickets through the post 24 hours before the game then you can contact the Ticket Office on 0161 785 5150/0161 624 4972 and/or via email at supporter.services@oldhamathletic.co.uk and we will then deal with the enquiry accordingly.

Your print at home tickets will be emailed to the address you provided shortly after purchase. If you have not received your email please check your Junk Folder. If it is not there, then get in contact with us and we will look into this.

Yes. You can present your eTicket on a mobile device and it will be scanned at the turnstile.

Our refund policy for both home and away games is 24 hours before kick-off.  If you have bought e-tickets then you can call us and the refund can be issued over the phone. If you have a paper ticket then you need to post the ticket back to us ensuring you enclose a note saying you are unable to attend, and include your contact number. Alternatively, the cancellation can be done by coming to the Ticket Office.

To upgrade the season card you can either call us or alternatively you can come to the Ticket Office before/on the day of the game and the upgrade can be processed then. You will be required to pay the difference from a junior to an adult.

If you have lost or had your Season Ticket stolen, then contact the Ticket Office and we can arrange for it to be reprinted. This will incur a charge of £10.
